Our Story
The Asylum Seeker Hub emerged as a creative inter-agency response to limited resources across the legal and welfare sector to assist people seeking asylum. Through the collective efforts of CARAD, The Humanitarian Group, Red Cross, Mercy Care, Welcoming Australia, Multicultural Futures and Riverview Community Services along with volunteers from the Arabic, Persian, Tamil, Pakistani and Hazara community, people seeking asylum in Perth can come to one location and access support related to their legal, welfare and psychological needs.
The Asylum Seeker Hub is a flexible and fluid initiative, continuing to respond to changes in the policy landscape affecting refugees and people seeking asylum.
