Leeming Fruit Trees

Mamey sapote (Pouteria sapota) is a beautiful tropical fruit native to Central America and southern Mexico. Beneath its rough, woody brown skin lies vibrant salmon-pink to orange flesh with a creamy, custard-like texture.

Mamey sapote has a rich, sweet, and complex flavor heavily compared to a baked sweet potato, pumpkin pie, and caramel. It features warm, nutty undertones like almond, vanilla, and nutmeg, combined with hints of apricot or peach. Its texture is dense, velvety, and incredibly creamy, similar to a perfectly ripe avocado.

The variegated calamansi (Citrus × microcarpa 'Variegata') is a highly ornamental citrus. It features striking green and cream-striped foliage and immature fruit with "tiger striping" that ripens to bright orange. It is prized for its culinary versatility and beauty.

Jasmine "Chinese Emperor"

Evergreen shrub grows to only 1.5m tall. Flowers are creamy white colour, resembling roses when opening.

One of the most intoxicating aromas. The flowers are used to flavor jasmine tea.
