I love being on site. You get to see and work with motivated people who do what they can to get the job done. Doing more with less is one of the things I often experience like this whiteboard in my training room over the last 2 days. Reminds me of my time in the military and males me smile.

On the bus to the plane. I love being on site helping to build high performing teams and workplaces. Having said that, I also can't wait to see the people I left at home. My bucket is full. 🪣
