A busy mum's breakfast

Overnight chia oats are super simple to make. They're tasty and contain nothing but wholesome ingredients if you make them from scratch.

Just add the ingredients to a jar, give them a good stir and leave overnight in the fridge. Make a few batches for the rest of the week and you don't have to worry about what to eat for breakfast. You can also mix it up with different fruit, nuts, seeds and spices.
