Our first international roaster is a doozy, founded in 2016 by Mathieu Theis and Emi Fukahori.
Mame (meaning beans in Japanese) has the pedigree of two of the finest specialty coffee brewers in the world.

Having met in the world of specialty coffee championships, they left their office jobs at the time to pursue their joint passion.

The accolades that these two share are intimidating to say the least, but it all leads to the quality expressed in the coffee. A commitment to non alienating excellence. Espresso that is well rounded and balanced, alongside filter coffee zipping with vibrance and clarity.
