Assisting clinics with accreditation preparation & how to increase profit and not decrease quality.
Number one mistake from clients or consults over the years. When you look at your expiry date on your accreditation do not think or plan that your site visit will be close to that date. Safe rule of thumb is usually about three months prior. This allows time to ensure any corrective actions or evidence requested can be provided to ensure no gap of the accreditation- as all the incentives your clinic receives also is based on the fact you are accredited. Many people I speak with have a sudden realisation that they have lost three months they mentally had before they needed to be “ready”. Today is an exciting day for us. My daughter is having her hair cut and donating to wigs for kids as well as fundraising through wigs for kids. The wigs are at no charge to the families and 100% of proceeds goes to families affected by childhood cancer. The video is unscripted (both of them) and all her words. The idea is all hers and she only recently told us the reason she’s adamantly refused a hair cut for a year or so. She’s got around 30cm of hair to donate. Her brother also brought his savings for a bigger item he wants so has been saving. I said no I’ll donate for you, keep your money buddy. He said “this is more important than a toy” proud parents watching children understand the world is much bigger and they can’t solve all problems but they can help in their own small ways.
