2012 is shaping up as an interesting year in Real Estate.
Rents are rising as the vacancy rates continues to fall. Investors are hanging on the sidelines which in turn creates more and more upwards pressure on rents.
Plus combine possible interest rate drops but then couple this with a credit squeeze and the banks tightening their lending criteria and throw in the Eurozone crisis.
What does it all mean? - Uncertainty creates opportunities so make sure that you are ready when the right opportunity comes along.
