The 2026/27 WA CPD year is different from anything that came before it.

Five points. Three subject areas. New cycle. And from 2026, no catch-up if you miss the year.

Here is what that means in plain language:

You need at least 1 CPD point from each of three subject areas: Property Law, Risk and Ethics, and Professional Skills. The remaining 2 points can come from any approved category.

The 2026/27 CPD year runs from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027. If you completed CPD between January and March 2026, it counts toward this year.

Sales training, personal development, and marketing training do not count. Only activities from approved training providers count.
