DESIGN OF THE WEEK

This weeks design is for a stunning block in Ospray waters over looking parkland and water. The clients required a cost effective single storey BUT with a rumpus room and balcony upstairs to take advantage of the stunning views. Both the upper and ground floors were designed to be interactive to the street and parkland. The rear private court yard has a north aspect but can be linked through the living areas to the front entertaining. The South side of the home was paved for low upkeep and caravan / trailer parking.

A composite build has been chosen with concrete slab timber framed walls with brick parapet walls.
