This Caterpillar 18M3 has been completed by the Daltech team and is now ready for delivery.

This project is a great example of the skill, dedication and craftsmanship our people bring to every build. From start to finish, the team has worked hard to deliver a high-quality outcome that meets the expectations of both the client and Daltech.

Recently, our 2025 Employee of the Year, Johno, and 2025 Leader of the Year, Brandon, were rewarded with a well-earned fishing trip to Exmouth alongside Daltech Directors Dillan and Chad.

Johno and Brandon consistently go above and beyond, demonstrating the values, commitment and work ethic that help drive Daltech forward every day. Their contributions to our teams have not gone unnoticed, and this trip was a small way of saying thank you for everything they do.

Congratulations once again on your well-deserved achievements. We hope the trip was filled with great fishing, plenty of laughs and memories to last a lifetime.

Our Regional Digger Services team recently completed undercarriage repairs on a 996 Excavator🔧

Utilising the Pakka Jacks lifting system, our certified team completed the job safely and efficiently, minimising machine downtime for our client. Well done team👏
