Being away from home, working long hours, fatigue and carrying that pressure day in, day out adds up. And too often, it goes unspoken. 😶

This is a reminder to check in with yourself and with others, not just the job. A simple “are you ok?” or “am I ok?” can make more of a difference than we think. It can save a life, as it did with Slade. 🧡
