Welcome back, Marisa.

After 8 months on maternity leave, we are very pleased to welcome Marisa Botes back to Interlink.

Marisa has long been a trusted and valued member of the team. She knows our business, our people and the standards we expect of ourselves.

On her return, she will take on an important new responsibility: overseeing the implementation of a major new technology upgrade and the workflows that will support it.

This will be a significant change for Interlink.

Meet Charlotte | Assistant Account Executive

Charlotte joined Interlink through our Insurance Broking Academy, where she quickly stood out as a motivated and enthusiastic professional.

With a background in customer service, Charlotte brings strong communication and relationship management skills to her role. Her early career gave her valuable experience in understanding client needs, building rapport and delivering consistent service - all of which now underpin her work in insurance broking.

Today, Charlotte is an Assistant Account Executive, supporting clients with energy, a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for client service.

She is focused on growing her expertise, delivering positive outcomes for clients and contributing to the continued success of Interlink.
