We are going to have a hula instructor come in soon to run a ‘one-off’ hula hoop class. All levels and kids welcome. Anticipated times are either Monday or Wednesday around 6pm or Saturday morning at 9am or 10am. Please register your interest asap. Spaces are limited. It’s going to be fun 🤩

It’s Mother’s Day on Sunday 8th May so why not treat your mum to 5 fitness sessions and a free fitness assessment. All fun, safe and inclusive. All ages and levels welcome. 😀💪
