Lady Marmalade - Home Style Spreads, Chilli Sauces and Cakes Baked with love. We pride ourselves on being a fine gourmet food producer making a diverse range of sweet and savoury treats. Our products are designed to please the palate on their own or enhance fine food experiences. The range includes preserves, condiments, stunning traditional fruit cakes and Florentine Bites. Most products are Gluten Free.
Hi, my name is Kerry Tuana and I purchased Lady Marmalade from Viki in 2019.
I took over a Commercial Kitchen this year which enables me to cook more often and larger quantities. I have some great friends and family helping me.
I have also opened a lunch bar -Nanna Chooks- at the same location and use Lady Marmalade products in many of the lunches available. The Chilli Sauces are a favourite.
