We have been full noise in the field with plenty on and a couple majors in the little shed, just completed these two C18 marine engines.
Also completed full overhauls on these two c12’s both dyno tested and ready to install in the coming weeks once hull repairs are completed!
It’s been a wild coupla months!

Been in hibernation but we are back! Plenty happening around the traps. Watch this space for these two c12 engines out for open heart surgery.

This 12M grader is finally going back together. We completed a diff assembly overhaul due to major failure. Transmission strip, inspect, re seal and re assemble. We will also repaired multiple defects along the way.

Late last year into this year we completed a full overhaul on this c16 after it was pushing coolant with excessive blowby. Along strip down multiple issues were found.
This Mack Titan is back hauling with a happy customer.

Valve sets, inspections & data link faults for this set of Heui’s in a large pleasure craft completed ready for the Kimberly.

We removed this main hydraulic pump for a reseal on this 350L as it was hemorrhaging oil.

We have recently finished this C12 with the customer contacting us with low boost on his trip from down south to Fremantle.
On our first visit we found sea water in the charge air pipe and sea water from the condensation drain valve.
The shaft cooling hose fitting at the sea water pump was found to be split spraying water into the air cleaner.
This C12 ended up coping the works due to excessive damage to the rotating mass and top end.
Engine dyno complete, installed and sea trialed with a happy customer.
