Here are three simple ways to add mobility to your workouts

1) Stretch while you rest
2) Do mobility based warm ups rather than cardio
3) Choose exercises that work through full ROM, add pauses and active holds

All over 40’s should add stretching into their workouts.

Most people don’t move enough anymore. Then they try to train like they did at 25 and wonder why everything feels tight, sore or injured.

Mobility work helps you;

• Reduce injuries
• Build more muscle through better movement
• Keep training consistently for years instead of constantly dealing with niggles
