Mining workforces are mobile. Operators move between sites, between companies, between contracts.

They don't arrive untrained. They arrive differently trained.

One site teaches priority rules, radio comms, or a vehicle pre-start one way. The next site has a different approach. An operator with 15 years' experience might have five different sets of habits built across five different operations.

The challenge isn't a lack of training — it's a lack of consistency. When your workforce brings varied prior experience to a single set of site-specific rules, the gap isn't knowledge. It's alignment.

And alignment takes more than a slide deck and an induction quiz.

Your expo stand doesn't have to be a table and a pull-up banner.

Immersive rooms use projection, sound, and space to surround visitors with your story — a site walkthrough, a product journey, a data visualisation that fills the walls.

It turns a 3x3 booth into somewhere people actually want to step inside.

Great for drawing crowds, hosting small group presentations, or just standing out in a sea of sameness. We work with partners like Vision who specialise in building these immersive structures, while here at Sentient, we're the experts in creating the content.

What would your business or product look like if visitors could step inside it?

🚁 Making safety training stick in a crowded exhibition hall isn’t easy.

At large conferences like APPEA, ERGT Australia faced a high-stakes challenge: communicating helicopter ditching procedures in a way that was:

✅ Accurate
✅ Quick to learn
✅ Memorable
✅ Suitable for a busy exhibition floor

Traditional displays and videos could show the procedure, but they couldn’t test decision-making or recall — the moments that matter most in a real emergency.

We helped ERGT create an interactive simulation that let attendees practice, decide, and remember in real time.

Here’s one example of how we turned a conference stand into an experience people actually remembered:
