Hi, this is Sal Governale, and yesterday I said a few comments that offended a few people, and I'd like to extend my apology for those comments. Unfortunately, I didn't represent myself properly on how I wanted to explain myself. What I was simply trying to do was make a joke over the fact that white women generally don't have s*x with black men. I sincerely apologize over the fact that people were offended. Science Union and Leisure potentially losing its club rooms is the best thing to happen to University culture.

It was always hard as a Fresher to break through the cliquey nature of Fac Socs like this.

The choice offered by some Fac Socs is to be like them or to join another club.

There are 100s of clubs like UWA without this culture. They have always welcomed freshers and students with open arms.

We are very lucky to have the most actively engaged student Guild in WA and one of the best club cultures in Australia.

Don't let a group of students who think walking around barefoot around university in a dumb club tshirt tell you any different.
