It's been a long, full-on week.
Just as the weight of it all started whispering that I was alone, the universe gently reminded me otherwise. I unexpectedly ran into my friends without even trying.
Then, this morning, 333 appeared again.
A quiet reminder:
✨ I am loved.
✨ I am supported.
✨ I am surrounded by people who genuinely want to show up for me.
Lately, every conversation I've had—especially with incredible women—has circled back to the same lesson: learning to receive.
To receive love without questioning it.
To receive help without guilt.
To receive support without feeling like we have to earn it.
Maybe that's the medicine right now.
A reminder that we don't always have to be the strong one. That it's safe to soften. Safe to lean in. Safe to let ourselves be held.
You are allowed to put yourself first.
You are allowed to receive.
Sometimes, that's the most powerful kind of magic there is. ✨

One of the hardest parts of a spiritual journey is realizing that growth often comes with goodbyes. Not because you've become better than anyone, but because your soul is asking you to choose peace over familiarity.
Every person I've had to let go has made space for a version of me that couldn't exist while I was holding on.
