Ayurveda incorporates many modalities including diet, lifestyle, yoga, herbs, meditation and massage plus much more. It is a wholistic approach to life, to find balance, wellness, happiness and health.
The food that we serve at Lacuna Wild Retreats is all Ayurvedic based. A unique, uplifting combination of vegetarian food to suit your constitution, easily digestible and middle spiced.
