Anxiety and depression are the most common of mental health disorders suffered by people today. Every day the news gives us a story that can cause fear and worry to set in. When Jesus was on the earth 2000 years ago he preached about the goodness of God and his father like nature. He was constantly telling his followers not to worry, not to fear and to be anxious not because their heavenly father loved them so much. Disaster still strikes though and many of us have suffered through situations that may cause us to question the goodness of God. Seeing the beginning from the end the creator works all things together for our eventual good. We cannot and sometimes refuse to see the bigger picture but HE sees all and knows all. The prerequisite is love. Love the Lord your God with all your heart sound and mind and believe in his promises. God will find a way. Trust him. Seek HIM today...
