Every Saturday at Stampa! honour that ritual. The Bottomless Harvey Beef Reserve T-bone arrives thick-cut and rested, with chips, smoked chimichurri, Tuscan mustard, and aioli. Pull up a chair and add a sauce flight, freshly shucked oysters, or a glass from the Italian wine selection.

EOFY sneaks up fast. If a wrap up is still sitting on the to-do list, now's the time to lock it in. We've got rooms across the building for every size and style of celebration, from long lunches to private dinners. Get in touch with our Functions team before the calendar fills up.

Presto e bene, from 12pm-3pm, settle in at Stampa! for two courses of properly executed Italian, made for the work lunch break.
Choose from antipasti and mains including burrata, prosciutto e coccoli, housemade gnocchi and 200-day grain fed striploin, with tiramisù or affogato waiting if you’re feeling sweet.

For two afternoons only, Jerry will be shucking freshly caught Coffin Bay oysters straight from the shell at the main bar.
