Is the constant voice in the head of One Mobs Recruiter and Business Development Officer, Maera. The ‘superpower’ One Mob has, is the possibilities and opportunities for their 250+ strong casual employees to spread them across their three internal businesses under the One Mob umbrella, to create just that “consistent income all year round”.

It’s never been about, being the biggest or chasing everything, it’s about understanding your people’s capabilities, researching and engagement with businesses and understanding their needs and wants then delivering a quality service time and time again.

Theatre Safe Australia (TSA) has engaged with labour services from one of internal businesses Event Personnel Australia (EPA) for many years and wasn’t aware at the time Mob Contracting Australia even existed. From a simple phone call from their head office in Queensland to Maera, going through their mobilisation processes Mob Contracting placed four candidates onto their project at ECU Yagan Square mid-April 2025 who continue working on this project today.

To pay tribute to our Indigenous siblings, we embrace the impactful NAIDOC week of 2025, marking 50 years of recognising and uplifting Indigenous voices, cultures, and resilience. The theme for this year is: "The Next Generation: Strength, Vision, and Legacy."

This theme acknowledges and honours the accomplishments of the past, present, and future, inspired by the strength of our youthful leaders, the aspirations of our communities, and the heritage of our forebears.

Gear Up for Greatness: Join the Crew Behind the Spotlight!

Mob Contracting Australia have been providing labour hire services to Devlyn Construction projects since February 2024, from Neerabup to Welshpool.

Assisting with STEM builds, refurbishments, new builds on government, private and department of education projects.

Projects that are engaged on adhoc basis too a 40hr week for some of our Mob Contracting crew.

Huge thanks to Devlyn site managers – Joel, Chris, Grant, Adrian and Gary and your project managers for having Mob Contracting Australia a labour-hire supplier to your projects.
