Adult Progressive Ballet Technique Workshop!
We are welcoming all adult dancers and non dancers to come along to our PBT workshop!
This workshop is not just for dancers, it’s a wonderful strengthening program for adults of all levels.
When: Saturday 4th September 2021
Where: Studio B.
Time: 12.30pm-2pm (1.5 hours)
Cost: $50 per person
The workshop is run by certified PBT instructors Vicky and Alex. We will both be instructing and observing exercises over the course of the workshop, taking you through a range of PBT repertoire.
This program covers exercises tailored to strengthening, flexibility and hyper mobility and can be modified for anyone with body limitations.

What is PBT?
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program that has been designed to enhance technique by focussing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise in all forms of dance. The program helps with injury prevention and rehabilitation and enhances the ability of athletes to perform at their best.

Behind studio B.
Hi I’m Vicky and for those that don’t know me, I’m the passionate creator behind studio B.
I have created an underground North Perth dance fitness studio space that allows people from all ages, levels and fitness backgrounds to come together and embrace the power of fabulous music, movement and fitness.
My aim is to make people feel happy, fall in love with fitness and movement, and love the body they are in. My clients range from 16-65 years of age and our workouts are designed to cater to the needs of each client, so that everyone feels accepted and welcome.
Being a former professional ballet dancer, I have incorporated my extensive technical knowledge into my workouts. Consequently clients quickly notice a huge difference in their posture and alignment, and a significant improvement in their strength and flexibility when attending classes regularly.
Our class include Pilates, stretch and release, barre, fit ball, cardio dance, indoor HIIT, adult ballet, Broadway jazz and floor barre. We also offer private coaching and will soon be offering private and semi-private Pilates reformer coaching.

Find your discipline.
Is fitness is really a part of your routine? A lot of us let the word “busy” take over, leaving self-care to the side.
As the weather gets cooler, yes, it is harder to find that motivation to stay fit. But as the temperatures drop it’s more important than ever to look after ourselves by moving our bodies, eating fresh food, drinking lots of water and get a good night’s sleep.
