this is the second test for a customer requested black forest brownie. ( 👀)
my first attempt was made using black cherries and honestly it just didn’t have the right flavour profile, so i’ve tested again with morello cherries for the filling and i’m so much happier with it! still at least one more round of testing, watch till the end to hear what i’m going to change.
as usual, the entire thing is egg and dairy free.
