The Bueno. Belgian hazelnut chocolate filling, chocolate chunks and white chocolate drizzle.

First time doing a Rafaello cookie and I can honestly say “impressed” is an understatement. Soft cookie dough loaded with toasted coconut, creamy white chocolate and a whole Rafaello centre. Subtle hints of almond make this one completely impossible to resist. I think this might be staying on the specials list. 🤍
