Prepping for the harder times I'd think is the best strategy? For example, making sure a business is seen all year round with the least amount of effort, so when the slow periods come, you're being seen before any competitors and taking the jobs. Although, if you're being seen all the time, your slow seasons become your old busy seasons as you'd of gained so many more clientsđ¤
