This renovation has officially kicked off — and we’re doing it right from the ground up.

We’ve taken it from full demo to foundation stage:

✔️ External walls removed
✔️ Sand pad installed & compacted
✔️ Soil compaction test completed
✔️ Plumbing pre-lay completed
✔️ Electrical pre-lay for island bench locked in
✔️ Footings poured today

This is the part of the build that sets everything up.
No shortcuts. No guesswork. Just solid groundwork done properly.

Because if this stage isn’t right — nothing else is.

A major transformation is underway in Melville. 🔨🏡

This two-storey renovation is now well into its structural phase, with significant demolition and preparatory works completed to set the foundation for what will become a beautifully reconfigured family home.

Designed to support intergenerational living, this project is focused on creating a more functional, refined, and connected space — tailored to the way this family wants to live now and into the future.

At this stage of a renovation, much of the most important work happens behind the scenes. Before the finishes, joinery, and final details come together, careful structural planning and site preparation are what ensure the end result is done properly.

Works completed / underway include:
• Structural wall removal
• Temporary structural propping
• Window removals and ground floor upgrades
• Flooring demolition
• Concrete preparation
• New bathroom
• New toilet
