At HMWS, we combine automated co axial striping with in house testing and certification across both co axial and Ethernet assemblies.
Every cable we process and manufacture is built for continuity, performance, signal integrity, and is thoroughly inspected to ensure potential issues are identified early rather than discovered in the field.
This capability is further enhanced with overmoulded protection designed to withstand vibration, contamination, and mechanical stress, helping extend service life in heavy industrial applications.

The HMWS Isolator Lockout Range improves safety and reliability in harsh environments.
These mechanical switches isolate power to help prevent accidental or unauthorised start up during maintenance.
Available in multiple of colours for site-specific safety and identification requirements, the HMWS Isolator Lockout Range is a smart investment in both safety and reliability.

Heat, vibration, moisture and chemicals wear a system down over time, gradually, until something gives at exactly the wrong moment.
And when it does, it's rarely the wire itself that's the problem. It's everything around it: the insulation that's been abrading under load, the conductors that have been shifting under vibration, the points where contamination has been finding its way in over hundreds of operating hours.
This is the problem HMWS's overbraiding process is built to solve. By locking conductors in place and reducing internal movement, we cut down the wear that leads to premature failure in high-vibration applications. Combined with high-grade PVC-coated nylon yarns, our harnesses are designed to handle what mining, heavy transport and industrial environments throw at them every single day, including oil, dirt, moisture, heat and everything in between.
The result is a harness that's more resistant to contamination, more flexible and easier to install, and built to last longer between service intervals. In industries where a machine sitting idle costs real money, that's not a small thing.
Built for the environments where reliability isn't optional.
