Transport Insurance WA is a family run business started by Greg Byrne in 1996. Greg started out in the transport industry as an owner operator of semi-tippers and also ran a long-distance haulage business, from there he went on to become a part of Roadteam. In 2006 Greg’s son, Corey, began working alongside him, later to be joined by his daughter Jodie in 2008. In 2010 Greg stepped into an advisory role and allowed Jodie and Corey to handle client policies and enquiries, then in 2015 Emily joined to work alongside them.

These days Transport Insurance WA is an Authorised Representative of Resilium Insurance Pty Ltd and Resilium Insurance Broking Pty Ltd. Through Resilium they look after the insurance needs of both small and large fleet owners as well as handling domestic insurances required by their clients.

With such a long history in the transport industry, their knowledge is very extensive allowing them to relate and empathise with transport owners of today, helping their customers to find the right level of cover all while keeping their costs down.
