Shoutout to two absolute legends: Sam Nahi and Nathan Daws.

Over the past 18 months, these two have gone above and beyond so many times we’ve lost count (seriously, we tried… gave up around attempt #37).

When our GM moved on to a new opportunity two years ago, Sam and Nathan were at my desk within minutes—no hesitation, just belief. They said they'd step up. And step up they did.

Thanks to their tireless efforts, our switchboard department not only survived—it thrived. Their commitment, leadership, and grit have been instrumental in its growth, and we honestly couldn’t imagine the team without them.

We’re incredibly lucky to have them on board. If there were medals for “doing whatever it takes,” these two would need a bigger trophy cabinet.
