What would Neo-Noir be without the anti-hero? The Driver’s unforgettable brutality in Drive or the anarchic Tyler Durden in Fight Club. Layers of intense character development makes rooting for them a forgone conclusion. For our Anti-hero gimlet we burnt the best of the summer peaches and preserved them in dill cordial, then pairing them with botanically loaded Botanist Gin.

Our take on the infamous “five dollar milkshake” scene in Pulp Fiction with the Americana vibe of Jack Rabbit Slims. Bulleit Bourbon packs a spice and rye fuelled punch. Backed up by a sweet spoonful of Milo, smoked maple syrup, chocolate liqueur and egg. “Goddamn, that’s a pretty f***ing good milkshake.”
