Struggle getting something healthy into your body first thing in the morning? This green juice has it all with fibre, vitamins galore, protein, carbohydrates, minerals, healthy fats and tastes great! Takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, and you can consume this as you get started for your challenging day ahead! You will feel incredible just 2 weeks on from beginning to make this a daily ritual. Protein and fibre are the secret to feeling fuller for longer, the correct balance of vitamins and minerals for maximum absorption, carbohydrates to keep your energy levels up and good fats like nuts to keep your blood sugar levels consistent. You can also freeze daily servings in to snap lock bags and just add liquids to blend and go.
In blender place a handful baby spinach leaves, 1 desert spoon chia seeds, 10 almonds, thumb size fresh ginger for natural anti inflammatory, a wedge lemon to help alkalise your body, 1 cup coconut water and 1/2 cup pure orange juice or 1/2 orange for added fibre..Let me know what you think!!

Start your day with a vitamin C boost! Handful spinach or baby kale, half orange, 1/4 lemon, piece fresh ginger, 1 cup coconut water and scoop chia seeds! Blend well and enjoy.

I modified this carrot cake to be sugar free and delicious!
In saucepan place 3 cups dates and cover with water bringing to simmer until dates softened. Stir in 2oz butter and mix well with 1 teaspoon baking soda stirring well and cool. Stir in 2 beaten eggs, 2 cups grated carrots,1 cup self rising flour, and 1 cup wholemeal flour, 2 cups chopped walnuts, 2 teaspoons each of cinnamon and mixed spice. Bake for 30 minutes in slice tin at 180o Enjoy!
