Self Reflection - it's actually pretty hard to do, if you want to be totally honest with & on yourself.
We meet candidates, a very small minority will have a resume with:
5 months at current place
1yr at place before
1yr 3 months at place before that
9 months before that
etc etc

& in all cases, it's either "I was headhunted out of the role", or "I wasn't happy due to.. (then fill in the blanks)...

When you have a career that is job after job after job & no time to settle in & really make it your own, perhaps it's not who you worked for, or the people you worked with - perhaps it's you, & it's time to realise it's you that has to change, & not for others to change for you...
