Today, we’re celebrating Paraguay Independence Day at Condor.

For the occasion, the kitchen will be creating a special dish inspired by the flavours and traditions of Paraguay — available for one day only as part of our South American Independence Day series. Available from 5pm until sold out.

Kicking off next week and spanning over the course of the next few months, the kitchen will once again be creating a run of one-day-only dishes inspired by the countries, flavours, and traditions behind each celebration.

Last year’s series created some pretty special nights, and we’re excited to do it all again.

Our official birthday lands on May 2nd…
but we’re celebrating properly on Wednesday 6th May (12pm - late).

For the whole day, we’ll be serving an exclusive anniversary set menu (to be revealed soon) - featuring dishes we’ve never done before, created just for this moment.

We’re also launching a special anniversary cocktail (more on that soon!), and this one’s here to stay. 🍸
