There are Jajangmyeon shops on almost every major street in Korea. It is said that every day over 7 million bowls‼️ of this mouthwatering noodle are sold in Korea👏🏻👏🏻
Jajangmyeon is a non-spicy dish of thick noodles served with a thick dark brown sweet sauce which is made from a black bean soybean paste stir-fried with diced onions, cabbage, pork belly and some other vegetables😋😋.
Pork and black bean sauce noodle covered in a thick layer of rich black bean sauce and topped with fresh cucumbers. People use chopsticks🥢 to mix the noodles with the sauce before eating. It served with our two side dishes and yellow pickled radish.
