When Srdjan Jakovljevic and I immigrated approximately 20 years ago, we were unaware of the future that awaited us. We therefore dedicated ourselves to our company with unwavering diligence.

Twenty years later, he has invited me as a keynote speaker to assist with the cultural transformation of a multimillion-dollar organisation.

It has been a profound experience to witness his development into a compassionate yet strong individual leader with a passion for values.
