Motivation
This time of year it's hard to keep up with fitness routine. Here's some tips to help so you don't become so frustrated with yourself.
☆Remember where you started, you not back there you have made progress.
☆Have a really big Why to your journey for fitness and staying healthy.
☆Prioritise your 1hr a day to You it has to be non negiotable.
☆Have your active gear ready.
☆be accountable to another or a group to meet and get it done
☆Lead by example inspire others they can do it too
☆move it so not to lose it
☆you drive the mind not the mind drives you
☆make your excuses your empowerment
☆know you are worthy of feeling good and mentally strong
☆set yourself a personal challenge and start
☆do it to be here longer for those you love
