Pit beans!
The surprise favourite from our Brisket and Pork Ribs Masterclass and here I am just giving the recipe away like a sucker
Ingredients (for one standard foil tray)
4 cans various beans
2.5 cups tomato sauce
2.5 cups bbq sauce
Dash Worcestershire
Sprinkle of bbq rub
Method
Set bbq for indirect 250-300f / 120-150c
Smoke for around 2-3 hours until reduced, stir occasionally
Serve with bread, corn chips, absolutely slaps in a quesadilla or jaffle, smear them over your body and call yourself the bean man, I don't know they're beans you'll figure it out

The party ribs and the pit beans were the two surprise favourites and it's always fun showing everyone the wild difference between hot and fast brisket vs low and slow
