- Implementing chemo-preventative / anti-cancer strategies to support long term health through food as medicine, supplements, movement and lifestyle.

- Supporting whole body health by addressing concurrent conditions and additional health markers (e.g. cholesterol management, gut issues and more).

- Support enhanced treatment outcomes and help to prevent, manage or reduce side effects of treatment (e.g fatigue, nausea and more).

- Provide practical and empowering lifestyle modification recommendations.

- Hold space for education and counselling for both patients and carers.

Hello world! Yes it’s been a while since I’ve popped in to say hi - and I am super excited to be back.

As you can see I have a new little friend, and we have been busy! I’ve been making the most of contact naps to up-skill in a very important area -
Integrative Oncology.

After supporting a close family member through treatment many moons ago, I always wanted to deepen my knowledge further, and feel grateful for the opportunity to do so now.

I am very much looking forward to reconnecting, and sharing the love for nutrition and food as medicine again 🪴

There’s a really cool event coming up in late July which I am lucky enough to be contributing to! 💛
