CONDITIONS OF ENTRY - MURRAY CHAMBERS
259 Adelaide Terrace, Perth
Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 and consistent with advice from the Australian and West Australian authorities, we need to ensure the safety of all members, employees, and visitors to these premises.
Accordingly, as of 31 January 2022, the conditions of entry to Murray Chambers at 259 Adelaide Terrace, Perth 6000 will be as follows:
1. Those who are 16 years and older must produce proof of at least double vaccination or medical exemption on entry.
2. A confidential register will be kept at reception. Once a vaccination certificate or medical exemption has been sighted it need not be repeated for subsequent visits.
3. Checking in via the SafeWA or ServiceWA application, or completion of a form on entrance will be required.
4. The wearing of masks and the use of the hand sanitiser provided at Reception is compulsory.
5. Entrants must not have flu-like symptoms such as sore throat, fever, or cough.
6. Entrants must not have travelled interstate or overseas within the last 14 days.
7. Entrants must not have had contact with a confirmed or suspected contact with a confirmed Covid-19 case in the last 14 days, and
8. Entrants must not be waiting for the outcome of a Covid-19 test.
If solicitors or clients are unable to comply with these conditions, please contact the relevant barrister by telephone and a meeting via Zoom or other electronic means can be organised.
For deliveries, if unable to comply with the entry conditions, please call reception and leave the delivery at the front door.
All other visitors, who are unable to comply with above conditions, please contact reception.
New masks are available at reception.
Entry to these premises means you accept and abide by these conditions.
