Classic plank with toe taps 30 sec-1 min
5 sec rest
Side plank right 30 sec-1 min
5 sec rest
Side plank left 30 sec-1 min
5 sec rest
Rocking plank 30 sec-1 min
5 sec rest
Rotating plank 30 sec-1 min
Repeat for 2-4 sets depending on the length of your planks.
