This acquisition aligns with our growth strategy, enhancing our service capabilities, expanding our international reach, and strengthening the value we deliver to clients worldwide. Together, the combined company will deliver enhanced subsea installation, IMR, decommissioning and offshore renewables solutions backed by a global team of experts and assets.

Shelf Subsea with our newly chartered DPIII DSV ‘Oriental Dragon’ recently completed a SPM installation in the Gulf of Thailand. The project witnessed a number of milestones – the most notable being the first Dive from the Saturation Diving System of the Oriental Dragon.

The SPM installation adds to a growing number of successful projects by Shelf Subsea involving activities related to mooring systems - be it Maintenance, Repair, or new installations. This job follows from a previous project which was also a maintenance program related to a mooring system.
