Requirements:

A minimum 12 months proven experience as a Roti Master Chef or similar role, with expertise in Sri Lankan style
- Proficiency in making Sri Lankan style square roti (godamba) and Parata (South Indian or Sri Lankan style)
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:
