The best part of our Pro Athletes being in Threshold is the interactions our Junior Athletes get…
Being able to look across the gym and see an idol of theirs training starts to build belief that they too can chase their dreams.
Thats what happened for Junior Athlete Maci…
Seeing one of her idols in the gym had her motivated to work harder.
We thought it was only right to get her a signed jersey as recognition for her hard work and keep the fire burning to chase her own dreams!

We Are Hiring…
But not for a typical “sales role”.
At Threshold Performance, we work with serious athletes chasing elite outcomes.
We already generate the leads.
Now we need someone to take ownership of the pipeline and make sure those athletes actually show up.
This role is simple but not easy:
👉 Call and follow up every lead
👉 Book them into assessments
👉 Make sure they attend
No missed opportunities. No excuses.
You’ll be measured on:
Contact rate
Booking rate
Show-ups
If you like structure, consistency, and hitting targets — you’ll thrive here.
If you’re disorganised or avoid phone calls — this isn’t for you.

No longer do you have to feel trapped into working hard on your strength and power but not feeling it translate to game day…
Or worse yet be forced to pay extra on top of your usual gym membership to work on your speed.
Our Speed School helps bridge the gap from the strength and power you develop in the gym to the field and court.
Ultimately meaning you are you feel effortlessly explosive when it matters…
