One thing I really love is telling people's stories. Everyone has a tale to tell.

Narratives have a way of connecting us - reminding us of shared values, sparking empathy, and highlighting the journeys that shape who we are. Stories aren’t just words; they’re the threads that weave meaning into our work, our communities, and our lives.

When I interview someone about a particular theme for them, or how they have got where they are, they're generally amazed and thankful that I have taken the time to put together their journey - humbled that it is being published. I'm humbled by having the opportunity to connect with others.

Maybe it's the counsellor in me, but being able to share someone's world, achievements, goals, thoughts, traumas, whatever it is... is an honour.
