𝑶𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑰 𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒓𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒆 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒃𝒐𝒅𝒚, 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒅... - Marc Bowles, MCC

There is a sweetness in the applause, the knowing smile, the nods of approval. It is a high that lifts us, a fleeting sense of worth woven from the threads of others’ expectations.

At times we bend and shift, in pursuit of a perfection that is not our own, but a reflection of the myriad faces we try to please. Yet, in this pursuit, we lose the essence of something—the essence of ourselves.

The highs of being everything to everybody are transient, leaving behind the hollow lows of exhaustion, disillusionment, and a profound sense of emptiness.

Our true self—fragile, authentic, raw—is buried beneath the layers of personas we wear. The weight of expectations crushes the spirit, and in the end, we are left asking, “Who am I, if not the sum of others’ desires?”


As Coaches, we challenge our clients to be Brave and to step into what they truly desire or want to, for themselves.

There is freedom when they choose to strip away the masks, the need to please, and the compulsion to be all things to all people. They learn that it is not their job to be everything to everybody but it is their duty to be fully, unapologetically, beautiful in their own right.

To embrace this truth is to reclaim their power and to say no without guilt, to love without conditions, and to pursue passions without apology. It is to recognize that their worth is not contingent upon the approval of others but rooted deeply in the soil of our souls.
