During Reconciliation week educators take the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with the children about the significance of Sorry day. Here are some of the children’s responses sharing their understanding of Sorry day.
Goodstart Early Learning Redcliffe - Ashmole Street
Over the last few months the kindergarten children have shown a strong interest in indigenous culture in particularly traditional ceremonial dancing and music. Through these experiences the children are developing respect for diversity, confidence in creative expressions and a growing sense of connection to Community and culture.
