Character is built in the storm!
Life takes you down many different paths and there are good times that shape you and then there are the storms that test you. But the storms are an opportunity to grow and develop your character. It’s a chance to show yourself that you can weather anything that comes your way and once you are through the storm, you become stronger. You can reflect on the storm, how it affected you, what you learned about yourself and how to transmute any pain into your power. The power is in the love you still have for yourself, even if you made mistakes or allowed yourself to be mistreated. You have the power to forgive yourself and be a better version of yourself next time that same storm appears. Honouring the self is to forgive and become stronger rather than letting the storm follow you around.
