Morning all 🌸. At the moment I am trying to get into a healthy daily ritual of earlier mornings, meditation on waking, and an early morning walk. Followed by good nutrition and self care practices. Self care is a habit and doesnt need to be complicated or expensive. Sometimes it can just be saying something nice to ourselves, or having a cup of tea sitting in the sun reading a book..... this is helping me Shine my light everyday, and it may help you yo do the same. It can e a constant, ever evolving battle as life happens, goals change, and sometimes we just get in a funk. We just need to remember to get back on up again and keep going, never allowing our light to be dimmed of hidden from the world. Shine your light today and everyday ✌️💫✨🌞
